From the moment I booked to the day I checked out, everything was seamless and convenient. The staff, especially Ryan, Irean, and Mary, were hospitable and caring. The location of the hotel was superb, as it was centrally located in the heart of Boat Quay, surrounded by amazing restaurants and easily accessible to museums, business offices, and the city center. The room itself was a dream come true, with a cozy and cooling atmosphere. The amenities provided were great, including a fridge, microwave, and even an induction cooker. Plus, the hotel offered free amenities like a washing machine and cooking wares. Not to mention, the reasonable price for such a great experience was a steal. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice stay in this city.

I had a fantastic stay at a chic urban grand castle in Singapore. The hotel's prime location next to all the main attractions made exploring the city a breeze. With two MRT stations just a short walk away, getting around was convenient and effortless. The room itself was superb, with a comfortable bed, well-equipped bathroom, and amazing amenities such as a washing machine, cooking wares. The hospitable and caring staff, like Ryan, Irean, and Mary, went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable experience. Highly recommended for a great value stay!
There were some minor issues with the app and mobile phone check-in system, as relying solely on the Wi-Fi for unlocking the door was a bit troublesome. I would have preferred physical card keys for convenience.

The location is perfect for adventure travelers, allowing easy access to the most interesting places in Singapore. The facilities are great, the studio is well-equipped and very clean. The check-in process is seamless, and the customer service provided by Kenneth, Irean, and Wenny is amazing.
